Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms govern the use of the Eventwizz platform by venues, event organisers, hospitality businesses, and suppliers ("Vendors").
By using the platform, Vendors agree to these Terms.

2. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of listings and pricing;
- fulfilment of bookings and services;
- customer communication;
- legal compliance;
- obtaining necessary licences, insurance, and permissions;
- maintaining accurate business information.
Vendors must ensure all information provided on the platform is truthful and up to date.
3. Compliance and Verification
Eventwizz may request documentation for compliance or verification purposes, including:
- company registration details;
- proof of identity;
- proof of address;
- banking information;
- VAT details where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend accounts where verification requirements are not met.
4. Payments
Where payment processing services are enabled:
- Vendors may be subject to additional payment provider verification;
- payment schedules, reserves, and payout timings may vary;
- Eventwizz reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts where fraud, chargeback risk, compliance concerns, or disputes arise.
5. Vendor Conduct
Vendors agree not to:
- mislead customers;
- provide fraudulent listings;
- misuse customer data;
- engage in unlawful or abusive conduct;
- manipulate reviews or platform activity.
6. Customer Disputes
Vendors are responsible for handling disputes relating to:
- event delivery;
- cancellations;
- refunds;
- service quality;
- customer complaints.
Eventwizz may assist in investigations but is not responsible for vendor performance.
7. Platform Access
Eventwizz may suspend or terminate vendor access where:
- these Terms are breached;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- excessive chargebacks occur;
- legal or compliance concerns arise.
8. Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded branding and content but grant Eventwizz a non-exclusive licence to display, promote, and use such content for platform operation and marketing purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventwizz Limited shall not be liable for:
- lost profits or bookings;
- vendor disputes;
- customer conduct;
- payment provider failures;
- indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
